One Stop Environmental Consultancy and Clean-up Services

In view of potential hazards and liabilities inherited through newly brought properties or industrial land, it has become an international practice for new tenants to perform the "Environmental Due Diligence" and an extensive One-Stop chemical and waste removal exercise before the legal transaction is completed.

Dunwell Environmental Management Co. Ltd. had been invited to perform the captioned service for a previous used paper recycling facility at Yuen Long Industrial Estate. Starting in mid September with a tight time schedule, Dunwell had removed an aggregated amount of 4,000 tons of chemical wastes, wastewater and sludge on site. Subsequent to the cleanup services, independent surveyors were engaged in examining and certifying the cleaned oil tanks were in proper conditions fulfilling governmental requirements.
