Ever since her establishment in 1969 by the Chairman-Mr. Chow Cheng, Dunwell's name has come to stand for advanced technology, high quality and excellent customer services. From a single trade of machinery with a handful of staff to a multi-faceted corporation of over 100 employees, Dunwell has captured the booming of Hong Kong's economy and lived through various economic and political cycles.

Today, Dunwell's business covers used oil and solvent re-refinery, manufacturing, trading and marketing of lubricants, environmental-related technologies, precision metal components, industrial equipment, lubricating oil analysis services, and specialty chemicals. In 1993, Dunwell Industrial (Holdings) Limited was incepted to hold and manage her subsidiary companies.

Taking residence of a total of 100,000 sq. ft. in Hong Kong's Yuen Long Industrial Estate, Dunwell embraces a proud history of firsts and holds an admirable record of being the largest. Amongst others, she is the largest independent waste oil treatment and disposal plant in Hong Kong and Asia; the world's largest manufacturer in metal component parts for the magnetic media industry in 1990s; and the first company accredited by the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers to train professional Scheme "A" environmental engineers amongst other engineering disciplines.

In 2000, Dunwell Enviro-Tech (Holdings) Ltd. is further incepted to continuously tackle different environmental needs and to provide one-stop solutions to clients. It is the vision of Dunwell Enviro-Tech (Holdings) Ltd. to become the leading environmental enterprise within the Asia Pacific Region.
